“Tower
in the Park is a place that is connected to both rural and city
living. Located on Barrett Road, the MetroParks are five
minutes walking distance to the north and south. Paths for
walking and bicycling lead to many picnic and swimming areas.
On Bagley Road are two shopping strips
containing many stores: supermarket, deli, gift store, cleaner,
jeweler, restaurants (both fast food and sit-down), and several
banks and gas stations, Med Center and license bureau.
Center of town is a mere ten minute drive
which contains the post office, library, shops, banks, and a
nice park. A recreation center is just to the north of
town, less than a few minutes away.
A fifteen minute drive takes you to an
expansive mall and bus service is available.
A hospital is ten minutes to our east an
airport is to our north.
Tower in the Park has many parking spots in
the front, sides, and back of the building, including
handicapped. An outdoor pool, playground, picnic tables,
benches, and grill grace our perimeter.
If it sounds like after five years I am happy
and contented, well I truly am. Everything including several
state highways are at my fingertips. [Tower in the Park is] a
convenient place to stay.

“As a resident of Tower in the
Park for a little more than ten years, I find that I cannot find an
apartment more within my budget than this is.
There are many activities for the seniors, such as
bingo, coffee klatches, cook outs, birthday parties, and many more
activities. I love my apartment and
hope I don't have to move for many years to come."

“I
was asked the other day why I liked living in Tower in the Park.
Let me count the ways.
1st: We have a manager who greets you with a smile, may it be morning or
night. He works around the clock and gives you the feeling of
being safe and sound in your apartment.
2nd: We have a great
office staff. If you have any problems they do their best to take
care of them.
3rd: Now don't sit in your chair or rocker and feel sorry for yourself--
think no one cares about you.
4th: Get out of that chair and visit our lovely party room. There
will be coffee waiting for you, so get a cup and serve yourself.
Then mingle with the people around you. The reward that you will
get is some wonderful friends.
This is just a few of the things that I like about
living in Tower in the Park."
